The central location of the fully renovated property is ideal for walking to one of the two local beaches, with Benagil beach only 100m away and Carvalho beach a 300m walk. There’s also a selection of local restaurants in the village within walking distance and boat trips to the famous Benagil cave set sail from the
beach below the property.

fixtures and fittings and modern, stylish furnishings. Both bedrooms

At one end of the terrace there is a generous (heatable) plunge pool and sun deck,
this then moves to a shaded seating area with a fire pit feature and
towards the gas barbeque area and bar to complete the luxurious feel of the roof terrace.

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 200. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 12.00h
- Maximum 4 persons + maximum 1 baby.
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged free of charge.
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home.

Casa Milahafre was absolutely super fantastic!!!!! From the beginning with your warm friendly wonderful introduction and excellent tour. Guiding us through the apartment and showing us where to find and how to use everything available to us.. Your attention to detail was noted immediately.
We loved the apartment...the view is amazing , it is cheerfully sunny, very comfortable and tastefully decorated . It is has all the newest appliances and electronics including WiFi. Everything was spotlessly clean, easy to use and in good working order. The upstairs roof top space is really terrific. Our only regret is that we didn't use it as much as we hoped, as the weather was a little chilly most days. The terrace is also a delightful spot , we used it often.
Having the Champagne on Ice, the Refrigerator and Larder stocked was unexpected and so so very helpful and we enjoyed everything you left for us. It was perfect way to start our holiday. We loved your choices ...Gouda always a favorite with us ,but it was all delicious. It was really great not having to search out the Intermarche immediately. We realize this was an extra bonus.
The best surprise of all....the Christmas Tree !!!!! That was so very special and so appreciated it. We turned it on everyday ...and such a lovely tree it was..we so enjoyed it so very much.
