The central location of the fully renovated property is ideal for walking to one of the two local beaches, with Benagil beach only 100m away and Carvalho beach a 300m walk. There’s also a selection of local restaurants in the village within walking 
distance and boat trips to the famous Benagil cave set sail from the
beach below the property.

The entire property has been completely refurbished with high quality
fixtures and fittings and modern, stylish furnishings. Both bedrooms
have new en-suite bathrooms, while the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is

Other information

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 200. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 12.00h
- Maximum 4 persons + maximum 1 baby.
- Cots and high chairs can be arranged free of charge.
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home.
