Layout house

The penthouse is on the fifth floor and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. The location on the top floor provides for additional peace and there is a wonderful view to the beach. Outside you can find the terrace.

Living room

The spacious living room has a dining table with chairs, seating, TV with satellite receiver and access to a terrace. Satellite TV (Flemish) is available. Next to the Dutch speaking channels, there are also several international channels like the German ones. WiFi is available as well.

Bedrooms

One of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed. The second bedroom has two (large) single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed (twin mattresses). Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

Bathrooms

This house has a total of 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower and the other bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bathtub.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The kitchen is equipped with air-conditioning.

Exterior

The kilometre long beach is close by. The name of Armação de Pêra points to the fishery past of the village. Prior to that it was only a collection of barracks where fishers of the village Pêra, a bit further away, stored their utensils. The word Armação points to the tuna nets which extend far into the ocean. The small fortress that once served a protection is still to this day visible. Since the 1960s Armação de Pêra developed into a popular bathing resort with Portuguese. Probably because the kilometre long beach extends up east. In the last years the west side with mainly tranquil beaches between high cliffs has experienced development with elegant hotels and luxury resorts being built.

- The house is very suitable for long term winter lets. Please ask us for the special rates.
- The owner requires a security deposit of € 250. This total deposit will be refunded after the final cleaning has taken place.
- To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. 8 weeks before we would like to receive the rest of the amount and the security deposit.
- If your booking is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we ask you to pay the whole amount. (incl. security deposit).
- All arrival days are flexible. You are welcome from 16:00h. On the day of departure, you have to leave the house before 10.00h
- Maximum 6 persons + maximum 1 baby
- Cot and high chair can be arranged at € 20.00 each per stay
- If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a fee for service/delivery. Ask us for more information
