A 25% deposit on booking to reserve your chosen weeks. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival with a security deposit of €250 which will be returned to you 14 days after departure. During the winter months and starting as of October the electricity is paid separately for rental durations of two weeks or longer. |
